it is marked with the makers name and government inspectors cartouche ,....,

Maker marked "J. Davy & Co." near the closure strap ,...

and this also has the Inspector mark "T.J. Sheperd" in a rectangle directly in the middle of the outer flap

the Leather is in great condition , the hold down strap is firm ,not worn or dried out ,..

the belt loops on the back are strong and tight ,

this is in untouched condition ,

it really doesn't even need any type of leather treatment ,..
