Once you have used a wireless remote you will never want to be without one again, an absolute must have for any recovery or off roading operations. You can operate the winch from a safe distance and when recovering vehicles you can steer them while operating the winch from inside at the same time. No need to stand out in the rain! Each remote is uniquely coded to the transmitter to ensure there is no possibility of interference from other transmitters. It is very simple to install in just a few minutes.
Winchmax External Remote Control Instructions. Please install as per installation diagram and instructions. To turn your remote control on press and hold both the IN and OUT buttons until the constant blue light appears. The remote control is now active hold either the IN or OUT button to operate.
When you have finished using the device push and hold both the IN and OUT buttons until the blue light disappears. Your remote control is now turned off.

UK Customers: DELIVERY & RETURNS WinchShop is pleased to offer Click & Collect on a wide selection of our products weighing less than 20kg. Simply purchase the item on eBay and pay using PayPal and then pick up at the selected local branch of Argos. Items with this service available will be marked on the listing. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.
What do I do if I have not received my delivery? Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take? All of our listings have delivery prices listed to UK mainland addresses (please see exclusion list for out of area zones. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.
What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery? If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.
What happens if I never pick up my Click & Collect order? After 1 week we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund. REFUNDS & RETURNS WinchShop offer a 15 day returns policy. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.
