    Domestic shipping is First Class Recorded Delivery, First Class Post or UPS overnight with Proof of Post or Tracking Numbers. Items are dispatched either on the day of purchase or the next working day. The product is packaged (anti-static bags, pink anti-static bubble wrap etc.) to ensure safe delivery.

     

    Our postage labels are printed through UPS, PayPal Postage or Royal Postage Online so items can be tracked easily. Items are photographed; serial numbered and marked using a SmartInk ultra-violet type product where necessary.

    Overseas shipping is Royal Mail Small Packets, Royal Mail International Signed For / Tracked or UPS/Courier with full online tracking

    In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us at farnboroughIT@mail.com for a Returned Material Authorisation form (RMA).

     

    The goods must be securely wrapped in their original packaging and returned together with a completed copy of the RMA Form.

     

    Replacement goods will only be despatched once the faulty item has been returned to us, tested at our facility and proven to be faulty.

     

    Refunds (including postage) will only be given if on re-testing the goods prove to be faulty and we are unable to replace the goods with like for like or equivalent goods.
