Lock Stock and Barrel Furniture Limited are a family run business and have been established in Herefordshire for over 10 years.  Although mainly internet based we have a showroom in Ledbury, Herefordshire and you are welcome to come and visit us here.

We are direct furniture importers of solid mahogany and walnut furniture supplying high quality furniture direct to our customers.  We also supply to wholesale and trade including hotels, b&b’s, pubs, stately homes and to well known mail order and internet based companies.

 Our Hampton Range of furniture is simply stunning.  Each piece is handcrafted from solid mindi wood with burr walnut veneers applied by skilled craftsmen.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND ONLY.   We can arrange delivery to Scotland and Ireland.  Please contact us for a quote.

We use a furniture specialist courier.  We never use express service or pallet handlers as they almost always break our furniture.  This does mean it takes a little bit longer but you will receive your item in one piece!  Please bear this in mind when ordering and also when leaving feedback and detailed seller ratings.

IMPORTANT - When ordering please provide full delivery details including a daytime number and mobile number. Our Courier will contact you a couple of days in advance of delivery to let you know when they are in your area so it is very important that they have a contact telephone number otherwise your delivery will be delayed.

Delivery is usually made within 10-15 working days of cleared funds being received. Sometimes, depending on where you are located, delivery can take up to 28 working days. The longer delivery time usually applies to the North of England, Scotland or Ireland.  Please contact us and we can give you an estimate of delivery time for these areas.  Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday.  The couriers are unable to guarantee requests for specific dates or times.

Please note that delivery is to your front door only.

IMPORTANT - A lot of our furniture arrives assembled (unless otherwise specified in the description) so please check that there will be adequate access before ordering.  If you are in any doubt please do not hesitate to contact us.

You are also welcome to collect your item from our showroom in Ledbury, Herefordshire.  We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 until 5.00 and on Saturdays by appointment.

GUARANTEE

We offer to replace or refund furniture which has a genuine manufacturers fault notified to us with proof of fault within 12 months from date of delivery or collection.

RETURNS

Items should be checked on delivery while the driver is present and signed for as received in good order.  If you are unhappy with the item it can be returned with the driver at that time for a full refund less a delivery fee of £50.  If the item is not returned at the time of delivery an administration and collection fee of £70 will be charged and a refund will be made for the item if returned in its original condition.
