The mats are manufactured in the UK using high quality hard wearing automotive carpet, The carpets is a Poly carpet with tight loops and a Granulated backing which gives great strength and durability.
The mat is designed as a non-slip mat to stop items sliding around in your pickup bed, it will also add protection if you are carrying fragile or expensive equipment.
The most popular use of the Ranger Carpet Boot Mat is for transporting your dog, the bed of a pickup bed can be a dangerous place for dog with a slippery plastic bed liner or metal bed, the dog can slide around and even injure itself. We aim to dispatch your goods within 1-2 working days and 95% of our products are sent recorded delivery via a courier on a 24-48hr service.
An express delivery option is available on some items. If the product is in stock and an order placed before 1 p.m. on a working day, the item will be delivered within 2 days. Express delivery is applicable to UK mainland orders only.
Some product lines are made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times are described separately within the listing for these products.
We do offer a Get it fast option on most of our products but this does exclude the Highlands and Islands.

All Items are well packed and boxed (if possible) to prevent any damage, but please check your items are not damaged before your sign the courier delivery slip as claims for damage cannot be made once this has been signed.
We will ship items to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and it is not possible to ship to every international destination.
We use efficient and reliable couriers such as TNT and Parcelforce Worldwide and constantly monitor their performance to ensure that we have the best possible delivery systems. The specific courier chosen for your delivery will depend on delivery location and the size/weight of the parcel. As soon as your product has been dispatched we will eMail you with details of the chosen courier and you tracking number.
Delivery conditions: All deliveries by courier require a signature. Please ensure that there is someone present to sign for the delivery. We go to great lengths to ensure that your item is adequately protected for transit. There may be an occasion when the product is damaged during transit and you should always inspect your delivery before signing. If there is any sign of damage or you are not given sufficient time to inspect, please sign for as damaged. This is the only way that the goods will be insured against damage in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if the courier’s proof of delivery has been signed for as “received in good condition”. The courier will try to deliver the item twice before returning the item to Eagle4x4. A card will be left by the courier following the first attempt to deliver and you should follow the instructions on the card. Some couriers allow you to specify “leave with neighbour” or “leave in a safe place” but you do this at your own risk. Although we make every effort to deliver on the agreed date, time for delivery is not of the essence of the contract. Any quoted delivery date or period is a business estimate only and is conditional on the buyer, at the time of placing the order, providing Eagle4x4 with such information concerning the buyer’s requirements as enables the fulfilment of the order. Eagle4x4 shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by delayed delivery of goods. Delay in delivery shall not entitle the buyer to rescind the contract.
Tracking your order: Once your order is dispatched you will receive an eMail notification, providing you have entered a valid and appropriate eMail address, informing you of the chosen courier and a tracking number. You can then check your order delivery online through the courier web site.
If for any reason a product is out of stock and will not be delivered within 7 working days, we will contact you by phone and eMail with an estimated delivery date.
If you wish to return a product after delivery, the following returns policy applies. This policy applies irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (for example, your rights under the Sale of Goods Act (1978) and the Distance Selling Regulations (2000)).
In the first instance you should contact Eagle4x4 by eMail, telephone, or using eBay Messaging service within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please inform us that you wish to return the item and the reason for the return. We will then issue you with a return number. We must be able to identify that the return is from you in order to process the return.
You may return most new and unopened items within 14 days for a full refund less any shipping costs incurred. The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. We will refund return shipping costs if the return is as a result of the receipt of an incorrect or defective item. The goods must be fully insured on the return journey and should arrive back in a complete and ready to sell condition. If for any reason the goods need to be repacked or are missing components, you may be liable to a restocking charge.
Products may not be returned under this policy in the following conditions.
Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of goods by Eagle4x4.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled following dispatch and prior to delivery by simply declining delivery. In these cases the item will be returned to Eagle4x4 and only the delivery cost will be charged before full refund.
