1 PAYMENTS
We
prefer payments through Paypal. In any event, all invoices to be cleared
within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Items unpaid after the 7 calendar days will have ‘non payment’ cases
raised with EBay.
2 DISCOUNTS.
Where possible, we will combine postage for more
than one article purchased. It may not be possible to combine postage
in circumstances such as; items exceeding Royal Mail weight
restrictions, items exceeding size limitations or where both fragile and
weighty items are purchased. Please note that combined postage is not automatic for reasons already
stated. If in doubt, please ask since you will be liable for the listed
postal costs once items have been purchased. We will issue the combined
invoice, where applicable, as soon as we are able, for you. Please do not make multiple purchases, pay
for one item and then request the combined postage. We do not seek to make
money on postage & packing but we do need to cover our costs (see below
for further details) as specialist packing materials are frequently
necessary.
3 POST & PACKING CHARGES
We charge our post and packing costs on ALL of our items irrespective of the
listing category since these do not come free to us. The following
is not a finite list but our packing charges include a combination of any or
all of the following:
Box(es) and/or other protective wrapping materials, cellotapes, printer inks,
wrapping papers including acid free tissue papers, plain white paper, padded
envelopes and travel to post collection point(s).
Where ‘guidance’ is given for our selected
international courier rates (usually but not limited to being contained
within the format of a table with corresponding ‘Zones’) ; exact postal
rates/charges can be obtained prior
to purchase if required and requested from us (the seller) by you (the
purchaser) otherwise, and with no exception, you accept and are held
liable for the postage rates & costs incurred to transport your purchase
to your destination as submitted to us by Paypal!
Please note that you are accepting these terms, conditions & charges by making a
purchase from us !
4 DISPATCH OF GOODS
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of cleared payment. At our sole
discretion, reasonable requests for an alternative postal service than that
stated service on the site listing may be entertained by us. Please make any
such alternative request prior to purchasing. Any and all additional costs of
an alternative service to be met by the purchaser. The seller shall not be held liable for
anything as a result of an alternative service being utilised and the
purchaser accepts the alternative service agreed upon at their own risk. All postal services utilised by the seller
are subject to the service provider’s terms and conditions of service.
NO refunds for items undelivered shall be due
to you (the buyer) inside of this listing's, stated Courier's, maximum
delivery times, as specified by that Courier in their terms of service.
Those maximum delivery times can be obtained upon inquiry of us (the seller).
We do not operate a ‘collection in person’ service!
5 PROBLEMS AND RETURNS POLICY
We try our best to describe items as accurately as we can and we hope to give
you as much information as we can to assist you in making your decision on a
prospective purchase(s) but we do not claim to be experts. We are ‘human’ and from time to time
and irrespective of how much care we take we acknowledge that problems may
sometimes arise. If you are unfortunate enough to experience a
problem with your purchase please contact us first and give us the
opportunity to resolve the problem if we can.
Having made every effort to give as
much detail as we can about our listed items, returns are only accepted for
genuine reasons and/or at our sole discretion and in any event, postage and
packing charges will not be refunded (for the avoidance of doubt, this
includes returns postage costs which shall be met by the
purchaser). Insurance for articles in transit is optional unless
specified in the postal costs specified within the site listing postal
details. There will be an additional charge made for this service unless
specified within the site listing postal details. Without exception,
terms of insurance are subject to the Service Provider’s terms and conditions. Please
ask for an insurance quote and specifically agree with us that you accept the
quote given any time up to issue of our invoice that includes the accepted
quote (whether or not the invoice is an initial or subsequently revised by
us, invoice) and without exception, before making payment for your
article(s). We are unable to make refunds for articles damaged in transit
unless;
(a) the service provider has accepted that it has been damaged as a result of
the service provider's negligence (negligence is defined in the 'legal'
definition of that word) and/or
(b)
is covered within the service provider's terms and conditions of transit or
(c)
is as a result of our negligence (negligence is defined in the 'legal'
definition of that word).
In
any event and without exception (unless specifically excluded herein), no
refund is payable by us to you until the item has been returned by you to us
in its original dispatched, wrappings and without exception (unless
specifically excluded herein) must be received by us in the condition as
stated in the item listing details with the sole exception of articles
damaged in transit.

Please
ask questions in good time thereby allowing time for us to be able to give
you adequate responses, particularly where the article you are interested in
is listed in the auctions and in any event, please ask all questions prior
to purchasing – thank you! Any
offers made by you (the purchaser) and accepted by us (the seller)
automatically constitute a formal binding contract between us (the seller and
purchaser). Subsequent queries will be answered but any answer does not
constitute or otherwise permit avoidance of the contract entered into by you
and us.
